Recent happenings at the Bernabeu suggest that Chelsea could wrap up the deal for Alvaro Morata soon. Representatives of the Spaniard Alfonso Morata and Juanma Lopez were pictured at the club’s office on Monday as further negotiations for the player’s exit continued.
The 24-year old is set to leave the club after just a season following Madrid’s activation of a buy back clause in the player’s contract with Juventus. Reports claim the meeting happened at lunchtime on Monday and lasted for an hour.

Once in a while as a football fan, you get to meet players who leave you with the question: “why are their clubs keeping them?”
You see players who serve nothing more than injury time substitutions mostly for time wasting purposes and given a little stretch, cup appearances which enable important players conserve energy for the matches that count.
Seeing such players however on your starting lineup with you needing to win your all two remaining matches do sink hearts, raise pulses of they with little faith and generally leave spectators at literarily the edge of their seats for 90 minutes. That is Danilo for Real Madrid fans.
