Luka Jovic laughs off speculation over loan exit from Real Madrid

Serbia international Luka Jovic has laughed off the speculation that he could leave Real Madrid on a temporary deal during the ongoing transfer window. The young forward joined Los Blancos from Eintracht Frankfurt in a £52m deal earlier this summer but there have been suggestions that he could be loaned out with manager Zinedine Zidane not impressed with his performance in pre-season.

However, speaking to Novosti, Jovic has laughed off the gossip while saying that he has become used to such kinds of comments and judgments from the beginning of his professional career, he said: "The media always make me laugh. I have been used to all kinds of comments and judgments since the beginning of my career as a professional.
Time will tell what is true. He believes in me, his thoughts have not changed. I am learning from him day after day, I am very happy. He is at the top of world football, both as a footballer and as a coach."

Jovic started on the bench during the recent curtain raiser against Celta Vigo and he made an appearance for the final 10 minutes of the 3-1 triumph. Despite his arrival, Zidane has continued to favour Karim Benzema for the centre-forward role and that could remain the case during the forthcoming weeks until he is able to make a solid impact.

Los Blancos have gone through a mini rebuild with the purchase of five top players including Eden Hazard and Zidane will be hoping that the results are much better when compared to the previous campaign where they finished third and 19 points off the champions Barcelona. The Madrid giants are presently top of the standings following the opening day victory. They are scheduled to face Real Valladolid at the Bernabeu during the upcoming weekend at the Bernabeu.
